In my 4-5 years as his patient, I’ve experienced Dr. Bhandari ad an exceptional dentist—not just because he’s thorough, skilled, and responsive (which I consider the baseline), but because of how he treats me as a person. He explains procedures clearly, makes sure I understand what’s happening, and never hides behind technical language or just assumes I “get it.” Understanding that patient volume is essential to stay afloat, it’s a big deal to notice that when we converse, he’s listening, not multitasking— looks at me and listens. (Shouldn’t be rare in healthcare but, sadly, it is.) He remembers details about my life, asks how I’m doing, and genuinely connects. When I mentioned my granddaughter’s interest in dentistry, he offered to show her what he does—something that meant a great deal to me. I’ve also seen how he leads his team—methodical, respectful, and invested in their growth. Not as a boss, but as a leader who values people. His care, humility, and follow-through—especially in coordinating my Invisalign treatment—set him apart. I followed him when he started his own practice without hesitation. 5 stars. I highly recommend him.
